Wow. It's been years since I've lapsed that long without so much as a photo?! This is Hank. While his lady-mom (my sister-in-law) is in Mongolia digging for gold (kind of but not really)...he is spending some time at his lady-granny's (my mother-in-law's).
He is a love.
And stubborn as a mule at times.

So, this weekend was a little crazy. My brother had his 6th Annual Seafood Fest. This is a fraction of what was left over. We made lobster bisque, lobster salad, picked lobster and crab for freezing and on and on. We hate to say it but if we don't see lobster again for a long, long time, we will be okay.
On a lighter note, this is how the new week started out.
Fresh, local heirlooms, organic avos, roasted reds, organic baby greens, mesquite turkey and highly delicious flaxy, sprouted, many grain bread.
Is this is a food blog?
No, just "a love of pretty things" blog.
