Overboard.

So, this weekend was a little crazy. My brother had his 6th Annual Seafood Fest. This is a fraction of what was left over. We made lobster bisque, lobster salad, picked lobster and crab for freezing and on and on. We hate to say it but if we don't see lobster again for a long, long time, we will be okay.

On a lighter note, this is how the new week started out. 
Fresh, local heirlooms, organic avos, roasted reds, organic baby greens, mesquite turkey and highly delicious flaxy, sprouted, many grain bread.

Is this is a food blog?
No, just "a love of pretty things" blog.

Yum, Yumm, Yummy! I'm super jealous. I miss lobster so much. It's super expensive in LA. I remember eating it until I go sick LOL! All the food sounds yummy. I've been taking advantage of the heirloom tomatoes we've had at Whole Foods - mixing them with fresh cut up peaches and burrata. Yum. I'm hungry.
